All sales made through Julia Beauty are final.

By purchasing products, booking services, enrolling in training programs, or making any payment to Julia Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Hair Extensions and Product Sales

All hair extension hair, custom hair orders, Slavic hair, beauty products, extension-related products, accessories, merchandise, educational materials, and related items are FINAL SALE.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, store credits, cancellations, or partial refunds will be provided after purchase.

Hair extensions are considered personal-use products.

Opened, unopened, installed, uninstalled, altered, colored, chemically treated, brushed, washed, worn, unused, or otherwise handled products are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.

Training Programs and Educational Materials

All training programs, private classes, workshops, online courses, in-person courses, mentorship programs, manuals, guides, digital downloads, educational materials, and related products are FINAL SALE.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, cancellations, rescheduling rights, or partial refunds will be provided after purchase.

Failure to attend a class, training, workshop, online course, mentorship program, or educational event does not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or reimbursement.

Group Training Reservations

Enrollment in any in-person group training program requires payment in full at the time of registration.

A seat in a group training class is reserved exclusively for the registered participant and is removed from public availability upon booking.

Because seating in group training programs is limited, all registrations for in-person group training programs are final.

All payments for in-person group training programs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to future courses, services, products, training dates, or other events.

Failure to attend, cancellation, rescheduling requests, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal circumstances, transportation delays, weather conditions, accommodation issues, visa issues, or any other reason shall not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, reimbursement, or rescheduling.

By registering for an in-person group training program, the participant acknowledges and agrees that full payment is required to reserve a seat and that all payments are final.

Appointment Deposits

All appointment deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are required to reserve appointment time and compensate for scheduling commitments.

Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, failure to attend, late arrival, change of mind, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients are responsible for providing notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings and may require full prepayment for future services.

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit all deposits and may be required to prepay future appointments in full.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping-related issue, shipping damage, lost package claim, or incorrect shipment must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Failure to notify Julia Beauty within this period may result in denial of the claim.

Exceptions

Julia Beauty reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any exception will be made under extraordinary circumstances.

Any exception granted shall not establish a precedent and shall not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in the future.

Policy Changes

Julia Beauty reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
