Appointments and Deposits

Appointments may require a deposit to secure a reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Clients arriving late may be required to shorten or reschedule their appointment.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit and additional cancellation fees.

Training Programs, Digital Content, and Educational Materials

All training programs, workshops, online courses, private training sessions, manuals, guides, digital downloads, educational materials, and related content are FINAL SALE.

Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, cancellations, or partial refunds will be provided for any reason.

All purchases of educational products and training programs are final and non-refundable.

All hair extension hair, custom hair orders, beauty products, and extension-related products are FINAL SALE.

Hair extensions are considered personal-use products.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, replacements, or cancellations will be accepted after purchase.

Opened, unopened, installed, uninstalled, altered, colored, chemically treated, brushed, washed, worn, unused, or otherwise handled products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying Julia Beauty of any shipping-related issues within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
